A small booklet put together for the UN Copenhagen Summit COP15. Ran in conjunction with Twitter, simply by answering a decidedly straightforward question: “What’s worth saving in #thisplace?” The idea was to highlighting the local, personal and immediate impacts of climate change based on individual tweets, in 140 characters. The idea is the book is given as a gift to explain what happened at COP15. Share with someone all that has been accomplished and all that still needs to be done to protect ThisPlace for them. Contains various artist's work, including Jon Bugerman.
The three quotes for the double page spread were:
"The ability to grow food in African regions like Darfur which can keep communities together and hekp prevent war,"
" The Swedish winters. I'm tired of the mild weather and the lack of snow! Where;s the powder?"
"Franz Josef glacier - One of the most amazing/beautiful things I've ever seen - want it to be there when my kids and their kids grow up."
